How MirrorPad works.

One form, two signatures, two coins. This is everything that happens in between.

What MirrorPad does

MirrorPad creates the same coin on Pump and on Stonk from one form. Both coins get the same name, ticker, image and description, and both trade against the same pair. The Stonk coin is the Pump coin's mirror.

They are two separate tokens with two contracts. MirrorPad links them on one coin page so anyone holding one can find the other.

What you need

  • A Solana wallet in your browser: Phantom, Solflare or Backpack.
  • Enough SOL for network fees and account rent on both pads.
  • A name (up to 32 characters), a ticker (up to 10) and an image (PNG, JPG, GIF or WebP, under 4 MB).
  • A pair. It has to be one of the 205 assets both pads take.

How a launch runs

  1. 01

Upload. Your image and one metadata file are stored once. Both coins point at the same metadata, so they look the same everywhere.

  2. 02

Check the pair. MirrorPad asks Pump whether it takes your pair as a quote, and asks Stonk for the curve and launch accounts it uses for that pair. Both create transactions are built here. If either pad refuses the pair, it stops before you sign anything.

  3. 03

Sign for Pump. Your wallet signs the Pump create. Your wallet is the creator.

  4. 04

Sign for Stonk. Your wallet signs the Stonk create, again as the creator.

  5. 05

Save the coin page. The server reads both transactions back from the chain and only lists the coin if they really created these mints with these details.

Pairs

On both pads a coin trades against a quote asset: SOL, a stablecoin, or a tokenized stock like NVDAx. A mirrored coin uses the same quote on both sides, so the two prices are in the same unit.

The pairs page lists every asset that works, grouped by where it comes from.

What it costs

You pay the Solana network fees and the account rent each pad needs to create a coin. MirrorPad adds no fee. Trading fees on each coin are set by Pump and by Stonk, not by MirrorPad.

If Stonk does not land

Pump is signed first. If the Stonk transaction then fails, or you close the second prompt, the Pump coin still exists. Its coin page shows why Stonk did not land, and the coin list marks it as Pump only.

If you close the first prompt, nothing is created and nothing is spent.

Are the prices linked

No. Each side has its own curve and its own buyers. MirrorPad does not move funds between them, run a bot or keep the prices in line. If the prices drift apart, traders can close the gap themselves, but nothing on MirrorPad does it for them.

Keys and safety

Both transactions are built in your browser and signed by your wallet. MirrorPad never sees a private key. The two new coin addresses are fresh keys made in your browser, used for one signature each and then dropped.

MirrorPad is an independent interface and is not affiliated with Pump.fun or StonkFun. Anyone can launch a coin. Launching one does not make it worth anything.
